Hello Tumblr! as i am today popping my tumblr cherry i thought i would give you the treat of hearing my life story.

Born Sep 29th 1989 in Inverness To Anne Macleod and Charlie Macleod. I have 2 older sisters, Caz is 30 and Jo is 28. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and a pond full of fishes. I live in the country :-) and i love it! lost my dad aged 6 to cancer (R.I.P) was pretty much brought up by my mum and granny. Attended Culloden Academy Secondary school during that time i lost my granny in 2005 again to cancer (R.I.P). I tried college but it wasnt for me, and then decided to join Inverness Opera Company where i met my amazing boyfriend, Johnathan. My mum got diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007. She went through treatment and it seemed like she was going to get the all clear but sadly more cancer cells were found in her bones. Again she went through treatment and all seemed positive but on the 22nd of April 2011 we were given the shocking and shattering news that the cancer had spread to her brain. She died peacefully at home 3 weeks later on Tuesday 15th of March 2011 (R.I.P). She was my world and it seemed like nothing would ever be the same. Determined to do her proud i started college again and have finally found the course for me (NC administration). I have also gone back to Inverness Opera Company and am currently rehersing for Guys And Dolls and im still with my wonderful boyfriend. I do not use my parents and grans deaths to gain attention or to make people feel sorry for me. I want to make people aware of the devistation cancer causes and i am going to be running the Race For Life for the second time in May 2012 in memory of my parents and gran to raise money for Cancer Research UK. I want to help others who are going through cancer or who have relatives who suffer from it ect. I want to share my experiences and help others to gain the coutrage to get through the pain and come out the other side fighting. Thats about all i can think to say for now. Please ask me anything you wish <3
